The B&B has eight exterior doors and it can be a bit confusing but the office door is always your best bet. The office faces Bompart and it is the southern most door facing the street.

Check-in begins at 3pm and ends at 8pm.  There are times that this will vary due to air travel, road delays and inn-keeper’s schedule.  Any time outside of the posted schedule will be pre-arranged and mutually agreed upon.

This depends on many factors.  Events at the local universities and published festivals around town and holidays will fill up quickly, even months ahead of time.

If you need more than one room, this is even more critical.  However, there are many week days and weekends we can squeeze in last minute arrivals.  Always call if you want to verify specific dates.

Yes.  Whole Inn bookings often occur around family events, holidays and major local event dates. You can also reserve all the rooms for a retreat, girls getaway, reunion, etc… If your party consists of multiple children under 10, a whole Inn booking may be required for the consideration of other guests.

The short answer is no.  The local ordinance does not allow cooking by guests.  You can order additional meals with 24 hour notice, have pizza delivered or bring in carry out to be consumed in the interior gathering areas or on the decks or patio. Children eating in guest rooms may incur an additional cleaning fee.

The Inn has two resident pets and the presence of other animals will be disruptive.
